When you hear the commentator saying "Munster havent been in the lead yet in this match", you just know whats going to happen...

Munster comfortably the better side. Blues offered absolutely zip in attack.

Anscombe continues to unimpress if thats the term. How Corey Allen keeps being overlooked is a mystery to me. Matthew Morgan is an embarrassment defensively.

Despite the hammering last night, I still think Scarlets can make the play-offs.  Most of their matches during the international windows have been quite impressive, and they are the only one of the Welsh regions from now on who won't have to face any of the Irish big three.  As for Ulster, they should temporarily usurp Scarlets in 4th place once they play their postponed game against Zebre next week, but after that most of their fixtures are not so easy, so I think Scarlets should just edge them by the end of the season.

Just to summarise the table from the first page. If you take it as a given that Ulster will get 5 points against Zebre, then the table can be adjusted to show:

4th place Ulster on 57 points
5th place Scarlets on 53 points.

So we have to win all our remaining games and get at least one bonus point to reach what is probably our most optimistic total of 74.

That leaves Ulster chasing 17 points in their remaining five games.  They could easily get 10 from Dragons and Blues, leaving them chasing 7 points from Munster (a), Ospreys (a) and Leinster (h).

So this isn't in our hands at all. However, Ulster are potentially still chasing a top 2 spot, which is good news for us as their final games will be against teams that will be hell bent on beating them.

I'm predicting that we will be watching our game against Ospreys at the end of the season whilst listening to radio Ulster for the score in their game.

That's the Scarlets, its in their DNA.

Could be one heck of a final game, we need to win for top 4, Ospreys need to win for top, or at least top 2.

Then back to Liberty following week to play them again...........WOW
Be careful when you pick up the stick.........IT MAY BE THE WRONG END!!!!!!!!!!

What I'd really like to see is us in semi-final qualifier in Dublin against Leinster to show them that last night was an aberration.

More of a must-win for the Scarlets than the Ospreys imo.  I predict Ospreys will lose to Leinster and the Scarlets, but win their other three matches against Treviso, Blues and Ulster - the first two with bonus points.  That should be enough for them to be in the top two, given that Leinster and Munster both have big Irish derbies coming up and are bound to slip up in them.

I feel the Ospreys will do their utmost regardless of their position to deny us a top 4.

Last year we won 14, looks like this year we will win 16.  it's the lack of BP's that are the problem.

Let's be realistic Leinster are by far the best team in the Pro 12 and they are the one team to avoid unless it is in the final!,
