Good - let's hope Parkes is also released. If Benetton are coming fully loaded, we need as many experienced players as possible.

Yes, he is.

The news just keeps on getting better. Clap

Shades of Max Boyce in the 70s here..

I heard it first on Telly,
I thought that sounded odd,
Bevan and Dai Richards in
And Phil not in the squad

So I phoned the Rediffusion man
when his number I had found
I said the pictures alright
but there's something wrong with the sound.

He came around on Sunday
And fixed it with  a laugh
I switched it on, the fault had gone
It said Bennet outside half.

Cracks me up every time that one. Smile
That's the Scarlets, its in their DNA.

Thanks, Rob - I wanted to post that, but couldn't find it anywhere! A brilliant song!

(We may need to explain to anyone under 35-40 what 'Rediffusion' was!Big smile)

Just heard on the radio that Samson is unlikely to feature for Wales over the next two games due to an Achilles injury. Hope this isn’t a reoccurrence of his injury that’s plagued him for the last two and a half years. As a fellow Achilles injury sufferer myself, I can sympathise. This is going on far too long now for my liking. I know he’s still a young man, but this looks like at least the third time this has happened, to a greater or lesser extent. This, hopefully won’t continue for too long. His career may be put in jeopardy.

Only one team plays in red. (Sorry, Scarlet)
