Boris just announced that the Government will be reviewing it's plans to bring crowds back to stadiums in light of the rise in cases across the country.
That's the Scarlets, its in their DNA.

It had some? 😳

It seemed like the RFU and SRU had a quiet chat with (who knows?) and the Scottish Assembly respectively and came up with a plan.

Don’t recall anything as detailed or logical from Westminster.

Second wave incoming. I can’t see crowds going back in this side of Xmas.

Yes, This Government had a plan, and like their principles, if you don't like them, they've got others. Smile

I think your right mate, but the good thing about the latest message from the club, it doesn't matter if crowds are cancelled, what we're effectively doing is buying 12 tickets to be used at games where crowds are allowed, be it this year or next.

It's a great offer now and one not to be missed in my opinion.  There's a good chance that when crowds are allowed, it may be STs  only for a while, so if anyone wants to watch the Scarlets live this coming season, then  ST is the best and maybe only way to do so.

To put Boris’ announcement today about crowds into perspective.....they’ve just announced that the Gloucester v Harlequins game on Monday will be played with fans. 1,000 being let in.

Probably irrelevant anyway as it wouldn’t be his call in Wales I guess.

It's 100% a Welsh Government decision if crowds are allowed in Wales.

Welsh government have been stricter in many areas throughout the pandemic, rightly or wrongly. If cases are indeed rising (and that does seem to be the case at the moment), then I also cannot see any crowds returning this year in Wales and I also envisage further tightening of the lockdown restrictions heading into winter.

. If they don’t feel that they have squashed the Eastern present problem in eg  Caerphilly and Merthyr areas and Cardiff, I cannot see any crowds being admitted anywhere. I just hope these clamp downs bring the clowns who are abusing the principles of Covid distancing and cleansing grasp this and change / I somehow doubt it though. Makes me want to stuff my face with pies and beer ! 🤨

It should be viewed as an outdoor event, because it is, with built in social distancing. One way systems, kiosks closed, mandatory masks, it seems safe to me.

Yep, if France allow 50% capacity at their matches, then, I don’t see the problem if planned and implemented correctly.

Well they have had months to plan it BUT it’s a Welsh Government the region has to persuade as it’s their decision not ours

I’m sure if it was put in place people would adhere to it. Anyone who doesn’t I’m sure there’s supporters who would put them in their place.

Use the corner gates instead of turnstiles, to avoid queues.

Issue empty pop bottles to avoid queues for the toilets..
