Good team with interesting boys from the bench. The only worried about the absence of game time for long time, but win with BP is possible

Great team. Would like to See Josh getting a run at 8 though with Boyde at 6 and Beirne back in the second row.

Corey Baldwin plays 10 a well as centre, or Asquith covering 10, or both?

Plus, as we know Tom Williams place kicks.

Was it Bergamasco that Italy picked at 9 when he was a back row?
Yes, Mauro...I think that day is still a nightmare for him...The baddest idea of Mallet era

After I stopped laughing I actually started to feel sorry for him.

Got to say how hands on Wayne pivac and his team are . This week he has been packing down at 8 along with cunningham at flank, Hayward(10) Jones (12) and Taylor (13).
great work scarlets coaching staff, I for one happy to see such commitment

That's a very strong team, especially considering the absentees - surely good enough for a win, and with any luck, a BP.

As for Bergamasco, what a crazy idea to play even an excellent player like him in a totally unfamiliar position in a test! Crazy stuff. (Not like the cunning trick employed against England last year, which they checked out with the ref beforehand.)

GOOD NEWS / BAD NEWS

Thumbs Up Clancy no longer reffing Benetton v Scarlets  tomorrow (replaced by IRFU's David Wilkinson)...

...because he's been called up to ref England v Wales instead. Confused
(Eddie decided that Jerome Garces wouldn't stand up to AWJ?)

It's a testament to Pivac's squad building that we can have 13 players on Six Nations duty and still put a team like that out.
New KALAMAFONI - BEAST MODE t-shirt now available online.

Plus a new 'Sosban Fach Scoundrels' range.

Noooo! I'd prefer Garces any day. Flu? What?

Astonishing that a player like Josh Macleod can be left on the bench, under the circumstances.
