Wind? This is Wales v Scotland with players brought up in the pro 14 ffs. Glasgow/Galway/ Llanelli/ Cork etc all on the atlantic seaboard. Its just poor play.

I think he's been penalised three times, in at the side twice, not supporting his body once.  Brace has always pinged him in the past.  He is reffing Wales the same way he refers the Scarlets.🙄
