At 29 years old it is pretty late to be making a big positional switch up. I personally don't think he's quite got the build and strength in the tackle to play at 13.

Don't think Steff is an outside centre, but don't think he deserves to be dropped for Parkes either. My centre pairing would be 12. Hughes 13. Asquith.

Asquith has limited opportunities but always manages to light up a game.Has a great passing game and a good dummy-Asquith 12,Baldwin 13.

Asquith will be most under rated player of Scarlets era...maybe staff see in him something wrong and we tend to over rate him, but everytime he plays I like him so much....

Agreed. Asquith always seems to have at least one special moment a game, breaking the line or a nice offload.

Conpletely agree - Asquith is an underrated player who always manages to show flare whilst playing. Shame he's sometimes.overlooked.

He signed for Canterbury in 2011; so he hasn't played at 13 for 9-years. That's his entire professional career not playing in a position. Anyway, he ain't going to leap into the 13-shirt for Wales or Scarlets, injury crisis (TM) or not. |

Asquith has been such a good performer and has never let us down. Two years tonight he played a stormer in Bath when our first choice back three were unavailable . He’s very much an unsung hero - we must ensure he remains here .

Agreed 13 is a problem pick can see pivac going with lane at 13. I know he plays on the wing for the blues, but has experience at 13.

well we did play parkes at 10, maybe well have parkes ten , jonny mac at 13 and lets give rob evans a go at 12 :) Jonny mac would be a worry at 13 but he would certainly bring something to the midfield attack and with foxy out injured that is a big worry for us Edited by RR1972 - 10 January 2020 at 11:15am |

Jmac at 13 I mean the guy is hopeless defensively 90% of the time? In his early career so basically played there against poo teams. Baldwin is a 13 play the guy and have steff only at 12.
