Here's the last line from the above article !!!!

"As the only Welsh region in Europe this season we are excited and committed to the challenge of filling our home at the Liberty."

A somewhat inaccurate quote to say the least !

Delete “this season” and insert “never having won a knock out game” after region?
Any offence taken on board is only a literate/cy consequence. Every attempt at humour is just that. No personal insult intended. Standards lowered for trolls.

In their last knock out match, they lost to Stade who played with 14 men for most of the second half. As we know, the O's have a habit of losing to 14 men Steve.

Not even Mark Ospreys, I mean Mark Orders knows if they are splashing out on a new stadium. A few months ago they were broke, now they are rolling in it, or should that read sh*t.

They might as well play their domestic and Celtic Cup games at St Helens/Gnoll/Brewery Field and their European games/Pro14 play-offs at the Liberty for the next few seasons. Then hopefully the new railway station will be built near Felindre Park & Ride with some shops and lots of parking and they can build a 10,000 seater ground there, easily accessible by motorway and railway.

The Southern Kings have added another 2019 Rugby World Cup-bound side, Namibia, to their preparations for the upcoming PRO14 2019/20 season which begins in September.

Earlier this week the Port Elizabeth-based franchised announced that they will take on Georgia in a warm-up match in Tbilisi on August 27.

On Friday it was confirmed that the Kings will play neighbours, the Namibian national team, in two back-to-back warm-up matches in Namibia.

The first match will take place on Saturday, August 31 at the Hage Geingob Stadium in Windhoek, and it will be followed by the second clash in the coastal town of Walvis Bay at the Walvis Bay High School Stadium on Saturday, September 7.

wonder if the injury to anscombe will see Ospreys start looking for a signing at 10 with only Price and Evans as their 10 options now for the entire season.

I was wandering this & they will be able to afford it given the WRU will compensate them (presumably) as the injury happened on international duty.

They will have to go for a short term deal.
