Thats a good question. By my reckoning we still have Jake & Foxy on NDC's outstanding. Of the direct contract players I think we are looking at :-

1. Cawdor
2. Bulbring
3. Emyr
4. Tom Williams
5. Condy.

Above is by no means 100% but its a start.
Bulbring has another season left on his contract
I still wake up late at night and think of what might have been when tim stimpson hit that jammy penalty1

Hope I'm not being too harsh here, but I wouldn't give Emyr Phillips or Jack Condy another contract. We have promising and established players in these positions. When it comes down to it, I don't think we can be sentimental, our budget just doesn't stretch for players that are consistently injured. I'm sure most of you have experienced injuries in the past, it's very hard hard to shake them off.

if he is moving on then it will have to be to another welsh region as he has not got 60 caps so would lose his welsh spot.
if he went to another region its only money that it could be for I would guess.

Unless Jake doesn’t really have international ambitions and would rather make a fortune elsewhere he’d be mad to move out of Wales.
He’s well looked after here, and his main competition for the Welsh jersey are AWJ and Charteris both of whom are the wrong side of 30. I think Jake could form a very good combination with Seb Davies in years to come.

Can't see Jake wanting to move to another region on an NDC and not outside Wales with a World Cup on the horizon. Stranger things have happened I suppose.

Can't see the Ospreys need him, the Blues couldn't afford him so the only place he has to go in Wales apart from us is the Drags. I saw him last year i think it was and he was absolutely gutted he had missed the autumn internationals cause of injury so can't see him giving up on Wales. If the Drags poach him I will not be happy with us or them. He's our no.1 lock, to replace him will cost a fortune. Got to go all out to keep him.

Condy, at some point we need to draw a line under it. Which is gutting cause I think he could of been international class. Emyr definitely deserves if not a new contract a years extension to sort himself out. Very valuable squad member if he can put his injury woe's behind him.

Yes its a shame about Condy. He will only be worth a new contract if we have a positive medical outcome predicted. Emyr is playing for his contract in the coming weeks.

My source is supposedly in the know, however he also told me categorically that Emyr wouldn't play again so who knows what will happen! Hopefully we can put this one to bed soon with an announcement that he's re-signed.

With the welcome news that Scrum Half, Jonathan Evans has extended his contract with the Scarlets, Pivac added “We’re very happy that he’s re-signed. He’s a quality nine. He’s an attacking threat – it’s one of his strengths and statistically he’s our best defending nine.”

Other players are lined up for the Scarlets, with a lot of work going on behind the scenes, but Pivac revealed there were no clues as to whom, stating that players outside the region have contracts that they have to honour and making announcements early can jeopardise their selection. The timing has to be right for both parties, but he is confident that he has the depth he wants across the board for next season.
