not a bad side, i'd bring on mefin and yapp half way through the second half as it is then that the un-match-fit canadian forward will be huffing and puffing and yapp and mefin will make a tremendous effect on the scrum!

hope MJW gets a look-in.

not one scarlet in the starting fifteen, how sad is that. i can't say i'm surprised rees has been dropped though, his throwing in wasn't good enough.
The stadium may change, but the dream will remain the same!

Don't know the answer to the question, but it will become a regular occurence on tours like this, as the amount of foreigners we have at the club is growing

It just goes to show how bad a season a lot of the scarlets players had, didn't we have only 3 players in the tour party anyway, shocking really as you consider that the 03/04 season we probably expected around 8 or 9 players to be picked at international level

They say a little knowledge is a dangerous thing, but it's not one half so bad as a lot of ignorance - Terry Pratchett

true, but wasn't helped by dwayne being with lions, injuries to robin, iestyn and daff., and mike and mark going to other clubs.

Wales/Scotland 2002? did Stevo or donkey Harries start? I could have gone to that game, but we won't start that old chestnut up again.....(winky thing!)

close - baa baa's october 1990 (which was a capped game) we didn't even have a scarlet on the bench.
here's the 21 -
B.R. Williams, K.H. Phillips, M. Griffiths, G.D. Llewellyn, P. Arnold, M.S. Morris, R.E. Webster, M.A. Jones, C.J. Bridges, D.W. Evans, A. Edmunds, S.A. Parfitt, M.G. Ring, S.P. Ford, P.H. Thorburn, P. Knight, A. Davies, O.L. Williams, A. Clement, R.N. Jones, I.J. Watkins

4 of these players (edmunds, parfitt, o.williams, watkins) never played for wales again and 6 of them (b.williams, phillips, m.jones, bridges, ring, ford, thorburn) didn't play for wales again, after waldron ended his coaching role.

What a pile. Terrible game, Wales look awful, but then again it is a bit of an experimental team.
