Not wishing to pre-empt anything from the Crys16 Trust, but I know from their Tweets & from other messages I've received this evening that they had a positive meeting with the other Regions' supporters organisations, and we can expect some coordinated action in the coming weeks.

Helluva a big day tomorrow for Regions & WRU, but after RFU simply restating the issues today, tomorrow will be another street fight, probably without any tangible resolutions or meaningful developments. Roger Lewis thinks he has the Regions besieged, and will simply wait with his foot on their throats until they breathe their last, with the failure to sign up to the new old PA taken as a mandate to create his own Rogians to compete in the Pro(insert number here) and ERC, whilst denying rights to any other Welsh entity to play in any other competition.

If ever there was a time to unite for the preservation of the very rivalries we cherish, and even reacquaint with old adversaries, it is now. Whether we're Cardies or Gogs, exiles, wanderers, Brummies or even Italians, we are Scarlets, and we need to add our voices to those across the Loughor and further east so that our feelings and our passions are heard and understood by the leaders and minions of our Union.

If social media can spark popular revolutions, it can help to counter and overcome the WRU PR war machine - dignified but forceful, with plenty of heart and soul. Watch out for Crys16 updates for a coordinated campaign - join up if you're not already a member - and let's give the WRU some reasons to stop and think, and give the whole of Welsh rugby a chance of a professional future to underpin our club, regional and national aspirations.

Yma o hyd.

Hold your breath for a defining day in the history of our National sport.

Crys16 statement on Facebook:

Heno, bu cyfarfod cynyrchiol gyda mudiadau cefnogwyr y rhanbarthau eraill. Bydd fwy o wybodaeth oddi wrth yr Ymddireidolaeth wedi'r cyfarfod yfory. Mae'r ymgyrch yn dechrau.

Tonight we had a productive meeting with the other Regional supporters organisations. We will make further comment after tomorrow's meeting. The campaign begins.

Cartref newydd, Stadiwm newydd, Penod newydd, Yr un freuddwyd.

"Does na unman yn debyg i adra, ond mae adra'n debyg iawn i 'chdi."

I'd be disappointed if anyone on this forum didn't join in.  Hug

Good idea but it seems a bit ambiguous. Mike had a good one yesterday can't remember it fully.

The various Supporters' organisations will be forthcoming with more details of a coordinated campaign, I believe, although this may be a few weeks in development. Need outcome of today & other RFU/PRL/Union discussions later this week - it will move on very quickly, but not all information will be known.

Can someone hypnotise regress Mike to find out his good idea?  Wacko

The response, initially, will depend upon the outcome of today's meeting, so expect the first moves by the Supporters groups to appear tomorrow.

Meeting starts at 5pm at the Liberty, RRW have been in pre-meeting since 3pm.

Very much doubt there'll be any leaks or announcements during or after the pow-wow, but Gareth Griffiths - @gagz2000 on your Twitter - is in Swansea to cover any news, Simon Thomas - @simonrug - will be retweeting.

If it ends well, expect to see Roger and the RRW form an impromptu conga down Wind Street.

So, no nice surprises from the WRU this evening, but no bombshells either, and a predictably disingenuous press statement.

Remain calm - the Blues are not breaking ranks, the Regions are united, the WRU are not changing their tune and still wish to see Regions sign up to an unimproved PA by the New Year (which we know won't happen) or face dissolution.

So prepare for the legal eagles to peck away at the WRU's assumed control & Roger's double-edged tongue, while he busies himself with finding ways to fulfil his commitments to Pro12 & ERC.

Nobby, you are doing a fantastic PR job on our behalf. You're right; it seems that the lawyers are set to move in.
In the meantime we, as regional supporters, will continue to monitor the situation and seek information from our relative Management teams prior to the next stage.
