I'd had a couple of shandies watching the match but I definitely heard Huw Llewellyn Davies and Dr. Gwyn Jones talking on the S4C about the WRU/Regions fiasco in Wales and Dr. G saying that he couldn't see any other outcome that the Regions signing up to a new Participation Agreement.
He outlined the argument from both sides and basically said that the WRU weren't likely to offer any more money or better terms and that they would work hard to stop the Regions 'leaving' the WRU.
He also said that in order to play in England the New Clubs/Regions would need to be affiliated to the RFU and that that would be highly unlikely in the build-up season before a World Cup on home ground - something to do with not upsetting the other home nations I think he said.
Basically he reckons we'll all go crawling back to Roger!

Back to Victorian Britain, we go 10 years without any more money from the wru while they get richer.
I think Lewis could get a high ranking position in Camerons government.
Mind you I would be happy if he goes anywhere.
