Quote Join us at the Quinnell Lounge at Parc y Scarlets to celebrate 25 years since Llanelli RFC's famous 13-9 victory over Australia in 1992.

Famous players from Llanelli RFC's victorious team will be present to watch extended highlights of the game when the World Champions Australia were beaten at Stradey Park.

The evening will include a hot buffet and interviews with team members and management.

You will get an insight into the team's preparations, the atmosphere and of course the move that led to Ieuan's try and the winning drop goals from Colin Stephens.

An unmissable evening for any Scarlets fan - especially those who can say "I was there"!!

Quinnell lounge, Parc-y-Scarlets - Friday 1st December 2017 - 19:00–23:00

Tickets available here: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/who-beat-the-walla-wallabies-tickets-39289546090/amp

Shame the Wales national team - both then and now - have appeared to be incapable of doing the same.

This is a big reflective sporting event in the history of Llanelli RFC and I hope the supporters get behind it and book to come along. I gather uptake is a bit slow at present but I cannot believe that hard core fans wont commit and buy tickets for this event. It is only just over 2 weeks away so get your gang to-gether and book!
