It was with huge disappointment to hear Emyr Phillips leaves his post as coach with Llanelli Rfc to join the Carmarthen Quins coaching team after 3 months .

Why..it is part of his development, the Llanelli set up has now been agreed, and why waste Emyr. He will learn a hell of an amount with the Quins, and will pay benefits in the long term.

It's a one-man team?

Not a lot of transparency/social media openness with the RFC. No announcement that Phil Davies had moved on, no announcement of new coaches, no definitive list of players who moved on at the end of last season or who came in for this season etc.

I think part-time, and he's helped in the season as well.
