The declining stock of the 2000ish Haut Medoc en vrac is assisting me plan this weekend’s refreshments. I am quite stunned and delighted to say this has kept superbly well.

Rabbit Casserole tomorrow. The contents of the stock/sauce are still to be decided so the jury is on tenterhooks for the info to help decide its accompaniment.

RR, that’s a strong line up.

Please post on the wines before the rum might interfere with the quality of the feedback.

Bought a few bottles of Welsh beer at Cwmcerrig Farm last Sat.

Not a lager drinker, however, Tomos Watkins‘ Bicycle Beer is excellent. A next to no fizz taste.

Vik A 2020 from Chile tonight. The best Cabernet Sauvignon I can recall.

Consistently a brilliant taste and never fails to please. Majestic Managers’ choice a couple of years back.
