Castore are growing very quickly. This is only their 8th year of operation.
When you look who they now sponsor you could argue that their supply chain hasn’t kept step with their marketing team.

Yep, since I first contacted them, and they said it was a Computer issue, I have asked 3 times - when will it be posted......
Still waiting for an answer 3 weeks later, 4 weeks after ordering. Yes they have given me a 10% refund, but I want the damn shirt. Its funny the away one was released over a week later and I received that within a week..

You can’t be the only one with this issue. I’d like to see the club put out a note about it I.e. apologise to those waiting on ordered merch, a detailed reason, and a commitment to when service is back to normal.

This stuff is so basic is pains to see some drama on it every season.

I was expecting better from Castore to be honest. They seem to be a premium company. Macron seem to be going from strength to strength, do these companies treat us less than other teams?

This is pathetic and doesn't look good for the Scarlets, Castore, or the shop...

If it’s posted they’d have a tracking number for it. Should have had an email notification saying it was posted with the tracking details as well

Not even posted due to 'factory issues'...

Same.

I think thats whats is called Green Washing!

Guess we know what colour the away kit is then.

Green it is! Looks nice, and I usually dislike green.

When all the high street outlets like Crew, Fat Face, Next, Superdry, even Ralph Lauren, offer versions of the traditional cotton rugby shirt with a collar, it amazes me that we haven’t had one for sale for so long!

We're still still here, but I wish we were in an Anglo-Welsh

I went to the club shop today I was wearing an all blacks shirt that fits perfectly it’s size X-Large

Went to try the new Scarlets shirt in size X-Large and it was tiny could barely get it on so went xxl still too small went xxxl and it fit but looked weird it was very short and was terrible.

Decided not to spend £70 on such a poor product and looked at the training kit horrible colours grey and a weird teal ???? And some strange burgundy rubbish.

Very disappointed with the kit and left the club without spending a penny. I want to help the club out and buy kit of some sort every year but won’t be spending my hard earned money on such rubbish.

Next season we should allow fans to have a crack at designing a shirt including material fit length and get other fans to vote on the best kit we can’t do much worse than this crap.
