Do you realise Regan King has signed for us until 2009, which means he is elligable to play for Wales in 2008! Great News!

He could do, provided he doesn't play for NZ again before that date!

I thought that if you had one cap for any country then you cannot play for any other country no matter how long you live there.

He has had one cap so he will never be eligable to play for Wales, unless the rules change.

The rules were different when Graham Henry was in charge but the rules changed after Grannygate and that means you can never qualify on residency if you have already been capped by another country.

Im not sure what the general feeling is with King, but IMO he hasnt had a good game for the scarlets in a good few matches. It seemed to go down hill since the Ospreys game away. Dont get me wrong, he's been a class signing but some of his performances of late have been quite poor by his standard!!

Whilst I agree I think that, in his defence, he's been over played of late.

When playing 12 he creates the space but when playing 13 the only thing he shows is how slow he is in a straight line. His lack of speed doesnt seem so obvious when he plays inside centre.

he is a must at 12 imo. he has been a player who has really been slogged this year. i think he missed one game due to injury all season and that was the wasps away game.

plus, 3 games in a week AGAIN, taken its toll perhaps.

Spot on. Anyone who seriously thinks he's a more natural 13 must be off their heads!

I doubt there are many more natural 12s playing in Europe at the moment.

He's definitely best at 12. My vote for player of the season. Popham a close second.
