The Bristol to Treviso flight this afternoon has just been cancelled. Gutted. Hope the team wasn't booked on it.

Absolutely gutted - I’m affected too. Hope all that manage to make it out there have a cracking weekend and bring back the 5 points.

Any reason given ?
Game is tomorrow would have thought that they'd have gone yesterday to get a bit of rest today. This could affect our performance tomorrow.

I'm out in Treviso someone told me yesterday the team were travelling on a scheduled flight which did surprise me considering how often they use charters these days.

Try to save all the pennies now don't they? So charter flights and shortest possible stays to incur the lowest amount of costs. Look to save everywhere. I hope they get out there?! What will happen with the game if they don't?

True, but don't underestimate the additional costs when the SA sides joined. Budgets for this season were set some time ago, but with the addition of a trip to SA, no additional funds have been made available by PRO14 to anyone as far as I know. Whilst we were out in SA, Edinburgh were also there for 2 weeks, and reversed fixtures with us. Had a quick look, and can't find any flights into Venice today from UK. All flights leaving today get in early tomorrow am. Book a hotel, fly tomorrow, play Sunday return Monday.

A bit late and distance is a problem for Vaughan Voyages to make a selfless gesture of giving up their seats |

If you’ve a chance to get a flight to Slovenia or Austria, then Ljubljana is about 2h30 by Road and 4h something by train. Klagenfurt in Austria is 3HIA by Road and 4h30 by train. Vienna would be 6hrs road and 9 hrs train.
