No you are not. He played well in the European games against Montpellier & Tigers with decent pace and reliable kicking. However when you look at the standard of 15's playing at the top International sides you have to admit that Rogers & Cai do not stand out - Steward, Hogg, Ramos, Keenan, Barrett, Capoutto to name but 6!!!!!

Cai has all the attributes of a solid fullback except pace. I think Ieuan would still beat him in a foot race.

What I’ve seen of Cai this season he’s been very solid at 15, good positional sense and a very powerful boot, which takes the pressure off.
He certainly doesn’t possess his father’s pace and sidestep though.

There were some not travelling due to family reasons rather than injury etc, iirc.
