Any news on when the New Jersey will be released? Crazy that it’s so late - why not have it ready for last weeks game vs Nottingham. Hopefully the last year of macron and we get a more reliable / forward thinking supplier

Looks like it's just us, Bath and the Dragons who haven't released their kits yet in the uk. Dragons are 19th Sept and us and Bath (both Macron) are tbc.

Newcastle are only on pre-order. Northampton, Blues, Glasgow and Edinburgh are all for sale. Seems like Macron are very hit and miss again this season.

Can't help but wonder if the delays are due to the free kit programme Macron ran with the WRU for community sides this summer.

Supply chains are ruined right now.

If you find Halloween or Xmas stuff you want in stores now, I suggest you buy it.

Lot of complaining here re Macron when we have no idea why there is a delay. I would tend to accept Wil Chips assessment tbh although an update from the club would be very timely to stop the blame game which is so negative

It’s just strange that other teams have released jerseys and not scarlets. Others are supplied by macron and have already released their kits some time ago. Northampton saints etc. Why is the scarlets one so slow??

There does seem to be a pattern of kit suppliers, who are in the last year of a contract and know that it is not going to be renewed, being a bit slow off the mark with getting out replica kits: it's an issue that Worcester Warriors experienced on more than one occasion.

That said, it may well not be all Macron's fault this time around, certainly with regard to the full replica kit: it was only last Friday that the club announced the deal with Brickability, who will have their name on the shorts.

If the club is/were still negotiating deals that would materially affect the logos and/or layout of them on the kit, then Macron may well have been waiting for the final go ahead to produce the kit.

It was interesting to see that Cardiff have been quite open about the supply issues affecting the delivery of their kits (hence why they’re not available online and only available in store at WRU Westgate St). But at least they were communicating about the shirt, releasing teasers on social media in the 10 days before launch etc.

The radio silence from Scarlets really is quite poor. At this point, do we even know if they are bothering releasing a new kit?. Muderack on Twitter when asked by someone about it didn’t seem to have a clue what was going on.

Yeah there is usually a bit of promo. Some glimpses of the fabric. Something to start the hype train.

All I know is that Large one season is XL the next, and then Large the season after that, and then 2XL the next, as far as replica and player fit jerseys are concerned Thumbs Down

I've spent a small fortune returning jerseys in the post over the past few seasons due to this as I don't live locally, and can't be fluffed doing the fit lottery again.

I’d love a Hummel jersey. Great shade of scarlet with their clean looking white chevrons on the shoulder. White shorts.
