I am quite happy with the extra work. At the end of the day we will have the rankings on day 1 & they will be published alongside the fixtures.

To really throw the cat amongst the pidgeons, how about a score prediction with associated points
Exact score 10 points Correct winning margin 5 points
Within 7 points of margin 3 points Correct team but outside 7 of winning margin 1 point i.e Team A vs Team B - prediction 28-10 actual result 30-12 = 5 points actual result Ospreys win, abandon league. delete prediction history and pretend it never happened |

There’s a balance to be struck between the input required to join in and the competition scoring system.
Thinking about who will win is one thing. The scores are quite another. Look how few folk have managed to pick the first Scarlets or Wales try scorer.

Id go something like
Higher rank team win = 1 pt Lower rank team win = 2 pt First tryscorer = 1 pt Guess the right score is a bit of fun and very unlikely to happen - maybe 10 PTS! |
