The concept of the tournament was really good. The timing and execution was really bad. Hoping when everything is back, we can have a good competition with the SA teams.

I think the Rainbow Cup has thrown up some very high scoring exciting games , Its good to see what teams do when there isnt really any pressure on them

Which (despite being a traditionalist in many things rugby) is what we should do. Will up our skill levels by 20% I sincerely believe.

On the subject of departing players, anyone else seen the video of Jake Ball and Alun Wyn’s altercation in Welsh training a few months ago doing the rounds on WhatsApp? LOL

Yes I have, having an argument with few ospreys workmates, they reckon awj had 4 guys holding awj whilst jake had 1 that's why he got some good punches in.  I thought it was 3 trying to hold each of them back.
I am 100% for playing rugby at better time of the year

Good scrap that! Happens in most teams up & down the country from time to time.

In terms of summer rugby, it will be good for the professional game but I’m not sure it can be replicated down to grass roots level.

Jake throws harder punches than AWJ,  AWJ always came across to me as a flat track bully
