And  to you ! Tigers in 8 th position in the Premiership but only 7 points away for Tigers to Sale at the top ! Tight race so far and all to play for.We are less ambitious this year in Wales as you will appreciate but a 5 pointer v Ospreys would make my Xmas for sure 🙏

Same to you Tiger. Ignore the doom & gloom on here at the moment - one things is for sure - days will start to get longer & polytunnels will start to heat up & veg will spring into life regardless of whether the Scarlets were humiliated by Black Lion or not. Perspective & balance are wonderful things to have in life.

I feel some of your pain, my old club Leicester Lions are languishing at the bottom of National league 1, but we did win last weekend, so relegation is not on the cards yet.

At this time of year its a special time, Loved Christmas as long as I can remember,  the magic of it all.

Funny today just walked into the Cockleshell in Gorseinon and in the corner was father Christmas and the smiles on the children was the reason it's special, so for all just Merry Christmas .

Up to around 15/ 17 years years ago , when my daughter was a child and my parents were, still alive, I still loved  Christmas, now I cannot stand it, but hope all on Scarletfever have a great time with their families, particularly  if they have children.

The boost that Xmas gives to our ailing retail sector, maybe keeping people in jobs, is a good thing.
On the other hand the sheer madness of debt maybe incurred by ovebuying, combined with gluttony is  incredibly sad.
Social media , and the pressure therof, puts pressure on young families in a hierarchical  system of owning designer goods.
My wife and I decided months ago that apart from supporting  out daughter financially, we would give more money to charities I normally support throughout the year. Some these charities are now the difference between having a decent meal, or not  or affording a warm coat.
We are living in a society( and world) where disparity of wealth is  continuing to grow,  and its worrying, with foodbanks  stretched.

I really hope everyone enjoys their Xmas, because if it genuinely  brings you joy ,particularly  with your family   that great !
Be thankful  though for what you have, and cast your mind to those at this festive period,  who are much less fortunate
I stood yer on tanner bank

Everything you all live in, Everything you drive in, everything that creates a living a world for you ...right now....was created by an engineer,  a tradesman,  a skilled draughtsman,  a plumber,  a carpenter,  a plasterer,  a bricklayer, a gas engineer a mechanical engineer, a electrician,  an electrical engineer.....a guy and lady with vision understanding and skill , just people with skills , and lots lots more that provide a World the majority exist in.

The real heroes in my world.

To them, whoever you are a Merry Christmas from me.
