   Here's a copy of the e-mail that all our members will have been sent yesterday, it might be of interest to other SF members in light of some of the comments made in the debate in Scarlets General regarding Fan Ownership 

Crys16 are very pleased to be able to inform our members first and foremost, before we contact anyone else, that the Trust has been invited to nominate a representative to attend at Scarlets Board Meetings.

Initially, we have been invited to attend with 'Observer' status, without voting rights, but this does NOT mean that we cannot contribute fully to any discussion, and it has been agreed that we shall be able to take a full part in contributing the views of the Trust and it's members on any issue under discussion by the Board.

This is a major step forward for Crys16, and to a large extent, (other than voting rights), fullfills one of the major objectives of the Trust, that is, to gain Board level representation at the Scarlets.

The Trust Chairman (Dorian), did, in fact, attend for the first time at a Board Heritage Committee meeting last Friday (6th ), and was able to represent the views of the Trust freely during the discussion.

We hope, as a Trust Committee, that you will be pleased to know that we are therefore making progress in our efforts to represent your views, as members, to the Scarlets at the very highest level possible. 

Whilst it is early days, the Trust Committee does feel that credit should also be given to the Scarlets Board for acknowledging the potential contribution that Crys 16 can bring to the Board room for the greater good of the club.
