I see the Wrpa and the Scarlets are promoting the Grow a grav again for the month of November. They are asking for a £5 donation to the fund, and all proceeds going to the Grav Trust

If i remember last year, it was well supported on the forum and by the club and prompted some life changing new looks ( and avatars )

Be good to go to Northampton with some " Gravesque " facial hair !

My mate at work has press ganged me into growing a moustache for MOvember. May have to jib though, as I've got a few job interviews coming up, and don't want to look scruffier than I already do.

Last Sunday, i had the pleasure and honour of attending the Grav Trust dinner at the Stradey Park hotel. One of the striking things for me, was the money raised since the start of the trust, and also the pleasure of seeing where the money that was raised was going

During the evening, there were guests from the recipient charities who addressed the audience, and told the patrons and fundraisers how money donated was used, and all were fantastic causes. These included cancer and guide dogs for the visually impaired

So for all of you, who are contemplating growing a grav or fundraising for this great charity, i can assure you all that the money raised goes to extremely worthy causes. I have no input or position within the trust, only that i have fundraised for them and have seen how monies raised have benfited various good causes

Glad to hear the money raised going to such worthy causes. I know that they gave a lot to the Breast care Unit in Prince Philip Hospital.

I hope you had a good night and enjoyed your weekend. Great to see you Saturday.

They spoke and showed everyone where the money was going. It was a really good night, and it was humbling to see how money donated was being used

I know that members of this forum donated to the cause last year, when i did my bike ride, and it showed me that my effort and your kind donations can assist people that are deserving

It was good to see you as well and look forward to the away trips

Don't think it's going to make much difference, might even make you look more refined....
