38 mins of brilliant, aggressive attacking rugby ...then that. Unbelieveable bias by the VT operator, everything looks terrible played constantly in slo mo over and over in front of a baying bias crowd!
Such a shame.

Total disgrace. Never a red card, not even a yellow - look at it at normal speed not slow Mo.

I am so angry. Angry.

I *think* legs were lifted above horizontal, downward force was applied and he landed on his head so no choice for the ref. He was definitely tilted due to Samson's co-tackling though and there really was no ill intent whatsoever. It's really bad luck and I feel gutted for Steff but you can't have players landing on their head in this way and this is what the law is designed to cut down on. Is my opinion. I think you're right slow mo never does it any favours and also Leinster did milk it.

Edit: Considering the situation, I'm not really sure why Steff even started to lift in honesty: why even risk it? Same from G Davies's preceding penalty: what does it gain considering the score and game situation? Bump into Sexton to wind him up, sure, but then walk away.

Rawlins Bierne who needs massive second rows Robin Mcbryde hang your head in shame Shingler and Cubby form flankers in league let alone Wales whatever happens in this game now because of weak decision doesn't matter we will be force in Europe next year.

The final damage was done by Samsons power which lifted him higher. Such bad luck but refs seem to have no choice now. Tackle started by Steff and aided by Samson.Lifted body above the horizontal and head hit and red to poor Steff.Rigid and not fair law as it ignores intent.

No intent from Steff whatsoever but Mitreas said it all when he said "I have no choice but to give red."

A hard 40 min ahead. Come on boys. All to play for. Throw the kitchen sink at it!

That was a roller coaster 40minutes, we really have been playing a superb brand of rugby this season apart from the blip early on in the season.
We were the better team for the first 40, no complaints from me over the red card. Legs lifted above the horizontal and player landed on his head. Letter of the law unfortunately. Gutted for Steff he's been outstanding. Big ask for the boys now, up against it in the 2nd half.
One eyed turk, nothing more nothing less.

Yup, we're beating Leinster up the middle, at their own game! More of it, and when we get the wide ball, Van Derwe to run it in with force!!! ClapClapClap

We can do this boys, Leinster look knackered!!!!!  ClapClapClapClapClap

Steff had to go unfortunately but Sexton should have had at least a yellow for the slap on Cawdor. The crowd influenced that - the ref I'm afraid is a wimp
