What a win 41-36 to Llanelli scoring 6 tries in a Barbarian style game of rugby in the sun.Credit to Neath for their part in this great derby game. Well done to the players and coaching staff 👍 Cardiff away now next Wednesday.

Nigel Owens was referee as well ! The visiting American High school players and coaches from Rhodes Island were impressed!

I personally think that a couple of experienced players would help the Llanelli team no end. Craig Hawkins and Adam Powell were integral to the development and success of the Llanelli team over the years.

This would fit in well with what now looks like a requirement for the Scarlets - a couple of experienced players who haven't quite made it to the very top at regional level but are ready to play the occasional game for the Scarlets, while playing regularly for Llanelli, Drovers or Quins and at the same time nurturing younger players while preparing for a possible coaching career. The most difficult part is finding  suitable candidates for signing. Any ideas?
