Benetton must have played extremely well to survive an early red card and 2 further yellows to beat Edinburgh.

Hell of a result in fairness.

They managed what we couldn't do thats for sure. Their pack were given a going over but collectively they seem to have a spirit of coming back for more which is commendable & unfortunately appears to be missing quite often from our game.

The Lions didn’t look that great. We should have a crack at these.

Honestly, it was pretty far from a pasting ( other than the scrum where it was - it killed the Drags ). Still, the Drags could have snuck it, or at least got 1 or 2 bp's.
They were robbed of a red card too.

As always with SA sides if you can compete with their forward carrying then it all goes to pieces quite quickly. Hendrikse at 10 looks good and does some awesome things ( huge boot), but he's also a bit flakey and indecisive at times.

Drags did well by slowing the game down ( e.g. kick the ball out and not infield etc).
Big challenge is playing at 6,000 feet (and not be chasing the game after 15 mins....again...!)

Cardiff going well against the Sharks.
0-16 after 32 mins.

Guys like Lloyd W are great in games like this. Faultless execution.
