The Ospreys are in talks over signing Wales international Ben Thomas from Cardiff.

WalesOnline understands that no official deal for the two-cap Thomas, who can play either fly-half, centre or full-back, has been tabled yet by the Ospreys, but their interest in the playmaker makes sense given the upcoming retirement of Stephen Myler and the uncertain future of Wales fly-half Gareth Anscombe.

In 1972, Roy Bergiers scored that try and said "that was for you lofty"

Hope the Dragons are this good on Judgment Day…..

Moriarty picked up another yellow with a late shoulder charge on Walsh, the 10, from an angle that he couldn’t see or be prepared for after a clearance kick.

Ospreys scored a try while he was off.

23-6 after 43 mins

Another late hit on Walsh by Sio Tompkinson means Peyper is about to pull out another red card. No mitigation.

Conversion to come but Walsh is off for an HIA. Luke Scully is on at 10 fo the mo and nails the touch line conversion.

Dragons have been very mediocre. The Ospreys haven't been great either, but easily running the game.

Looks like Anscombe may be staying in Wales.

He's taking a pay cut by all accounts.

Both will be on the 38 list for sure and the maximum, as I understand is £280K. Anscombe's injury record is well against him getting a contract elsewhere. Moriarty was linked with Bayonne but frankly he just doesn't fit the mold for me of a French style carrier in traffic unlike say a guy like Dave Ewers.
