Be very sorry to see him go. Such a star last season but little exposure since Brad left.

Hope he goes well in Bayonne and they escape the relegation trap door to ProD2.

Had thought he’d got another year on his contract so maybe we will get a transfer fee, too.

NOOO. Was hoping Uzair be with us next season, a great Scarlet, sorry to see him go.

All the best, good luck Uzair, once a Scarlet always a Scarlet. Diolch.

That's 2 second rows out and now 2 back rows moving on....

This was to be expected, really. Cassiem will be on the wages of a first teamer and is a backup player currently.

He improved a lot after his first season and has been a solid performer since. We will miss his relentlessly positive personality, but it’s probably time for a change.

It’s a shame he won’t get a proper send off as he’s become a fan favourite over the last couple of seasons.

I'm guessing we'll be aiming to trim the budget somewhat. Times are exceptionally tough and I can't see us getting another year of being top funded side in Wales. We still have a strong contingent in the Wales squad, but the dominance is no longer there.
We're still still here, but I wish we were in an Anglo-Welsh

He's too good a player to be content with keeping the bench warm. All the best Uzair.

Always gives 100%. Assimilated really well to the squad and area. Will be a great asset for Bayonne and when we played there last year he gave one of his best performances.

The players in v players out ratio is a bit unbalanced.

So sad to see Uzair leaving, gives 100% every game. As for  a player interacting with supporters, was on another level ,the best I have seen in over 50 years of following the Scarlets!

Best of luck to Uzair and his family for the future!!!

Unfortunately, if we need to trim our budget, it's some of our under-performing backs that should be the first to go.

I’d reckon he could get us plenty of funding, mind you. No questions asked.
