Indeed - does anyone know how the rest of the Scarlets' injured players are getting on? It was a long list...

I like the way some French teams have an 'Infirmary' section on their websites, which lets supporters know what the players' injuries are, and when they are due back.

Well,I was in the sessile oak Monday night having food and nigel and Hugh came in and had food and was chatting to nigel,he said he is working the guys bloody hard,in his words.so fingers crossed we see a very fit group

I'm pretty sure that Charlie Faulkner of the renowned Pontypool front row was a judo expert, and I'm sure there are other examples where other disciplines help... balance is pretty important in the front row, as well as sheer strength. 

Didn't someone once use ballet training in rugby to improve balance, maybe with Wales?
