That’s not looking a great reflection of the Academy production line 🤔

I still wonder what the NZ association with Fitzy and the Brad  exit has to offer us?

Both Eddie & Sam who are in NZ would have probably made that squad. Surprised that none of our scrum halves made the squad. Jenkins & Tschiunza an excellent 2nd row pairing who could both go on to play for the senior team for many years. Well done to Caleb for his selection backing up his early promise last season. Josh Phillips quietly going about his business.

On the flip side there are 3 starting their careers from the exile programme in September from Prem clubs. There is bound to be a wave in talent also with the WC round the corner correct me if I am wrong but U20's is our Welsh qualification team along with the Senior squad, so they could be looking to tie players in?????

Not really because a lot of players wouldn’t have played for the 20s if it tied them to Wales. It’s helped bring dual qualified players into the system.
I still wake up late at night and think of what might have been when tim stimpson hit that jammy penalty1

I remember Dafydd Jenkins’ father scoring 2 tries on debut for us at CAP back in the day, a very useful No 8.  If Dafydd has his father’s physicality then he’s going to have a big future in the game.
Exeter are very good at poaching very young welsh talent (due to their links with Exeter University, but that’s fine as they are paying for the players development before they invariably return to a region.

He is very well thought off by Rob Baxter who is no mug at spotting talent. He & Christ are huge talents who will thrive once Pivac is given the boot after France 2023 & Scott Robertson is in charge.
