The billboard was a great idea and garnered plenty of attention! Good on them.

Yes, with stunts like this, there's no such thing as bad publicity. Worked a treat.

People complaining of the stadium experience today. Warm drinks, food running out before half time, an awful announcer and no program. Marketing can't fix that.

Must be extremely difficult to employ casual staff for catering when you have such a disjointed season and can only afford to pay minimum wage. Glad I don’t have to organise it. We are not based in a rich area so charging more to enable better staffing arrangements would not work. I can't think of an easy solution, maybe vending machines for food and beer?

Drinks were fine for me, in the Barn, in the Felinfoel truck and in the South stand. We turned over a lot of money yesterday, but probably lost some due to the length of queues at half time too. Difficult one

Don't know what they are doing in South Stand. The choice of beers were Guiness..Lager or bottle of Felinfoel IPA. No John Smith's and when staff were asked apparently not likely to change!!!

Yes we were shocked to be told at the bar just before half-time that there was no hot food left. Very very poor. That issue wasn’t a lack of staffing but that they ran out - poor planning, and we can hardly complain about finances when we’re prepared to lose revenue so needlessly.

Also on the subject of marketing, I was trying to price up a season ticket for a mate this afternoon. There is an adults option and a young adults option with absolutely no indication to be found about what the age limit is for a 'young adult.' How are you expected just to know this? Is a young adult between age 18-20? 25? Anyone under 30?

To be fair to the Scarlets if they based their supply of hot food etc on what the expected crowd was to be then theres no wonder they run out, ticket sales for this game were extremely poor and only really started picking up from thursday afternoon. We cant afford to be throwing away stock etc by over ordering |

Was this at the bar or one of the few hot food stations along the concourse?]
