For me Tom’s appointment announced today as Rfc Captain next season is a great one. He is still only 26 and will add professional experience, bite and grit to the RFC pack.

He has also been appointed Academy Skills Coach so a good move for everyone it seems.

Best wishes to Tom

Let's hope he has much better luck and avoids injury as he will be an inspiring player and captain.

A player who with any luck with injuries would have played a lot of games for Scarlets. Good to see region keeping hold of him in some capacity.
She asks why i still can't answer. I guess its in the blood.

Wouldn't grudge him anything.Always brought massive heart and a genuine-ness to his play that many, more fortunate players would never match.

Agree with all that's been said about tom!
Ideal guy to start building your team around, and lets just Pray, that he remains free from  injury.
He been one of the most unlucky individuals , who put in real gutsy performances, then a face another injury layoff.
Tom is a local boy from Llanelli, and he will expect to see commitment and pride in that RFC jersey.
What needs to happen now, is that he needs support to attempt to make RFC a competitive force again.
This means hopefully some recruitment, academy talent AND scarlets fringe players being made available
on matchdays
Lets hope things go well , both for Tom, and the team !

I stood yer on tanner bank
