As bad as we feel after the Kiwi thrashing and disappointing performances were, I would say that the Irish home kit is worse than our defence.

One other reason to watch this match is the Georgian referee is in charge.
He’s come up with quite a few decisions where he’s been heavily criticised. He’s been identified as a promising ref, I would imagine. He’s also been decisive, often too much so for his own good. However, it’s often the only way to learn. Mathieu Raynal is one of his ARs. It was very interesting to note the different dynamic between the 3 officials when reviewing a video incident. There’s a much more co-operative dynamic and the Georgian listens to what Raynal says is the right outcome and why. The game would benefit from much more of this kind of teamwork and officials appointing combination. Much more open and constructive, as well as helping a less experienced ref learn. Hope we see more of it.

Looking forward to seeing how objective Kolisi can be in front of the microphone after the defeat.

It might deprive Dic Penderyn, amongst others, bemoaning lack of pace etc. Mapimpi, de Allende, Kolbi, Gelant…………probably missed a few. You might need to reboot for an update Await your riposte(s) and many thanks for brightening the humour on here.

Lots of different names here....I love a name dropper
Anyway 10 was average and 15 was less than average I never name names, because it's illegal in Nk For an example a few months back we had Putin arriving, he was a small guy but he had to call me smelly Mike because of protocol and I had to call him mr trump..... It got really complicated when the Don arrived Little anecdotes like that, I feel keep me going through the day... Don't you agree

South Africa ultimately paid the price for going into the game without a proven International goal kicker. Pretty clear that Ireland & France were not at their best first game up.

without a cinical kicker, from the hands or the tee, boks are less dangerous then they can seem...at the moment they miss Morne Steyn and Willemse is not good enough for their game plane, even if now is the case to change the way they play

Really well played by Argentina, they look well coached with Cheika at the helm.
