I can see the majority of players in the future going where is best for their financial future not the days of playing for a region they grew up in.

Added to this, the attraction of English colleges/Universities can’t be understated instead of staying in the regional academy and development system.
Only one team plays in red. (Sorry, Scarlet)

Sione, Blade, a hooker, Phil Price, Jefferies, WGJ, Javan, Lezana, Iestyn Rees, a scrum half, Foxy, Baldwin Halfpenny. I have not included Rawlins, Helps & Cubby in this list despite the fact that they were part of this season's squad.
Mc Nicoll? Not getting back into Wales squad and not getting any younger? Ideal for Japan and good money

I guess lets consider our possible team next year assuming we do lose some big names:-

15 Tom Rogers
14 Steff Evans
13 Joe Roberts
12 Johnny Williams
11 Ryan Conbeer
10 Sam Costellow
9 Dane Blacker
1 Wyn Jones
2 Ken Owens
3 Harri O'connor
4 Sam Lousi
5 Morgan Jones
6 Vaea Fifita
7 Josh Macleod
8 Carwyn Tuipolotu

16 Kemsley Mathias
17 Shaun Evans
18 Sam Wainwright?
19 Jac Price
20 Dan Davis
21 Gareth Davies
22 Dan Jones
23 Ioan Nicholas

Not bad but trouble starts when we get injuries

Think that would be the best way around the international window, at least regions know at most how much they’re paying for wages and any payments for players would act as revenue.
