Saw him crossing the road with Scarlets supporters from Morrisons toward the Halfway on Boxing Day. Also saw him on the cycle path in Dafen today. He’s aged a lot but still walking.

With tearing up the tarmac in the local area all these years, and enduring the prevailing winds and salty sea air, one would require a really good facial routine to keep the skin well moisturised and looking young for longer.

Saw him yesterday marching along the road between halfway and Llangennech. Looking older but still very fit.

We do Town to the motorway daily and often see him. He is always on the side going out of town, walking at quite a pace.
