Pooler should feel very proud and also disappointed on just losing that game as I gather they outperformed the Drovers in second half. Hopefully the tournament continues to be as close and competitive this season

Thought Pooler were the better side honestly. Drovers didn’t show up in the second half, and made mistake after mistake.

I can’t see it being close and competitve.

You will have Llandovery, Ebbw, Newport and Poola spending big again and looking to win the league and cup.

Then you will have RGC, Quins, Swansea and prob Bridgend fighting it out in the bottom 4, with much lower budgets.

Just seen the Quins back line on Twitter, apart from the scrum half, they are all 18-21 year olds which I guess is what this league is all about.

Compare that Quins back line to the many 30 plus years olds on show for Drovers last night and you can see the huge difference between both our feeder clubs.

But the Drovers got over the line last night in an arm wrestle and they are up and running and continue to win games .
