Well, not so much - with 8 wins and 8 losses before the game. Seems to me that if teams take on Aber in an open game, they are going to be in trouble, but if their pack gets on top it's a different story - didn't see it though, so don't know. Match report not posted yet.

A beautiful day at Bridgend yesterday to watch Drovers v The Ravens. Game of two halves really with Bridgend making a good come back in the 2nd half. Another club off the tick list. Great food in the restaurant/takeaway. Ravens lineout was there Achilles heel TBH Drovers didn’t have to compete sometimes and ravens still over threw. Once they adopted a tap and go play in the 2nd half it produced dividends. Good day out though and decent win for drovers

Just want as many teams in the Scarlets area as high as possible in the leagues so hopefully Llan, Narbeth and Wanderers can make the most of their games in hand over Cardiff Met and Newbridge.
Looks like Crymych will be replaced by either Tenby or Burry Port in champ west if they can make the most of their games in hand over Swansea Uplands and Aberaeron should overtake Loughor in 2 West.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Unfortunately however Wands, Llan and Narberth are battling it out amongst each other. Newbridge are the most risk side, as they have a hard run in.. They also have to come to Stradey, in what could amount to an intense " cup tie".

Haverfordwest have finally come alive with a full age grade set up from Under 7's on...looks like they''l go up to Div 2 West. Quite a few talented products in the Scarlets U16's and Under 18's from West Wales ( and I mean deepest darkest West Wales). |

There's a chance they could relegate Milford too when they play at the Obs next month.

Watched Tumble v Haverfordwest last Sat, looks like Tumble could very well miss out on promotion again after a home defeat. Was surprised, the standard was very decent for a Div 3 west game, looked like two well coached teams. Haverfordwest deserved their victory scoring two long distance tries during the second half. Not much between the two packs, but H’West back line was far superior. Over the years during the old West Wales league days, Parc Y Mynydd Mawr was a graveyard for visiting teams, not many sides got much change out of the Tumble pack. Tumble also did well in the old Heineken league as well for a few years.

When they went up from Div 4, Haverfordwest had a massive pack which gave them extremely quick ball for their backs to do the work. Having watched a bit of Bont in Division 2, I think Haverfordwest will struggle a little if they go up. I remember a few years ago when they got promoted & had to travel, they lost a few boys who wouldn't commit to travelling every other week & came right back down.
