Excellent win for the boys today out in Dublin. Ireland 19 Wales 27. Perhaps the future isn't as dark as what we think.

It’s holding on to them and supporting them and looking after them ( especially the Scarlets contingent) that is absolutely vital and we don’t do this by offering them a Bag of Crisps / bottle of pop and a Curly Wurly as wages General Manager Rugby. It’s just so self defeating

Great win...yes ,these boys need looking after..but they will soon be embraced by a failing Regional system , so we shouldn't get to far of ourselves. WRU, and Regions,  need to make big strides.

Our only real hope of any type of salvation is the dreaded report due in June which is quite likely going to be delivered against a back drop of two wooden spoons. Quite fitting really that a root & branch review of the future of professional rugby will be delivered when our game is at its lowest point since professionalism came in.

As Wil pointed out all us fans can do is wait & hope that some sense will materialise but I certainly won't be holding my breath.
