Hi guys, Just wondeirng what was discussed and where we are? I've been in touch with Phil and he'll do around 10 minutes on C2A - his experiences, achievements and how he hopes it will develop. I will contact Gareth Potter with regard the video today/tomorrow. I think we also need to contact and possibly meet with Stephen to brief him about the whole thing. Plus - is the Rep from SD organised and booked? Edited by Mike |

I spoke to Stephen yesterday. He is happy to introduce the evening, declare his support etc, and be a figurehead, but is nervous about a full chairman's role, so one of us will have to assit in that respect. I've also given him the little handout card about Trusts, and explained the basics to him. |

Richard from Supporters Direct gave me assurances that he was available. I'll be contacting him again this week to firm up arrangements. He also promised me a copy of a "model constitution". Another get together before the 28th would be advisable. I'm sure the 28th will go O.K. but I don't want to give any possible detractors ammunition to criticise. ( not that they would, of course).

I think it's essential. I'll be home from Friday late afternoon to Sunday night, but even if it's midweek I'll try and make it. |

Lots of experience so happy to help with chair duties - may not be a bad idea since you guys are more able to answer specific questions etc.
Also won't be offended in the slightest if you'd prefer someone else xx |

Just spoken to Richard of S.D. He's confirmed his attendance for next Thursday. He'll probably arrive around 7:00. Also, he's e-mailing the model constitution to me later on. I'll pick it up at home and send it on to our mailbox. May see some of you tomorrow, if not then on Tuesday. Pob hwyl.
