I took delivery today of the handbook (singular). I was promised 3 but there you go. I also got a couple of copies of their latest magazine. ( It's also available on-line). If anyone particularly wants it let me know.

I phoned Jacqui Forster, Supporters Direct Development Officer, this
morning and ordered one. She sometimes works from home in Oxford, so it

I've photocopied the handbook ( 2 copies would have been "pushing it"). Let me know if anyone wants the copy and we can arrange pick-up / drop-off.

I thought she'd twig! Jacqui has sent me a slightly sarcastic email saying that she's sending out too many handbooks to South Wales rugby fans at the moment and won't send any more if it's for Scarlet fans!

They're a Government run agency - providing information is their JOB! Tell her to stop being so tight and to put one in the post. If not, we'll all refuse to pay our taxes!
