As the new series is about to start ..whats peoples view on the best doctor and the best episode
I have to go for Chris Tennant...and the episode of the sleeping Angels with Sally Sparrow...but the one where they are stuck in a space station on the event horizon of a black hole with the odd and the devil is a very close second |

Tennant, a brilliant actor and simply the best Dr Who.
He was always going to be an impossible act to follow. |

In 1972, Roy Bergiers scored that try and said "that was for you lofty"
"All you have to decide is what to do with the time that is given to us" |

David Tennant sneaks it from the legend that is Tom Baker, who from what i've seen in interviews etc is pretty much as eccenctric in real life as well. I still think Rhys Ifans should have a crack it though.

I think Chris Tennant was good in the role, but I think his best work was TISWAS. My fabourites were Jim Pertwee and Tom Baxter. |

...and the best episode was when Doctor Spock has sexual relations with a green woman.

Tom Baker by a mile, hated Tennant in the role, he was all goofy and not very funny which has completely put me off watching it ever since.

Perhaps controversially I think Matt Smith is the best and the Pandorica the best episode.
