In the Tigers v Chiefs game just now - a player was clearly taken out off the ball by Leicester 8 and 5 seconds later - Leicester score.

It's debatable whether the player taken out would have had any affect on the try. But he was still taken out nevertheless. Surely that is foul play?

The TMO reviewed and didn't want to know.

Otherwise you can just tackle players everywhere on the pitch as long as their not within 10 yards of the ball.
