    Posted: 31 May 2023 at 1:38pm
Just had an email from the Scarlets asking me to complete an end of season survey which covers such things from kit supplier, match day experience (including staffing levels at outlets) & online presence.

I know we are all guilty on here of moaning about things that aren't going right & we think needs changing so please if you get the email take 10 mins to fill in. There are boxes on almost every page for you to put your thoughts/comments in.

It's not us they should be asking but those who don't come to the games / or are regular supporters !
Asking the active fans is just a closed loop.

It’s gone to everyone who is on their mailing list. It also asks you how many games you’ve been to this season.

I got the email and I only went to 4 games this season im the kind of person who the Scarlets should be trying to turn into a season ticket holder.

In reality it’s not possible for me to attend many games due to attending work far too often to make it worth me getting one, plus the fact the misses assumes that I pay for her every game.

So short of the Scarlets persuading my employer to release me and getting the misses to put her hands in her pocket I won’t be able to get a season ticket.

But overall it’s good that the club is at least trying to understand how to improve what we want.

For me it’s just see what happens game by game for now.

Yes do fill it in although part of me thinks that after all these years they should know what can be done better. People get fed up with these surveys if nothing changes long term. But let’s credit the initiative

Filled mine in.

Designing these things can’t be easy. There were a few where none of the responses applied to us.

For example, had I heard of the Tanner Bank Bar? The nearest correct answer I could give was No. the others were Yes but I prefer to go straight home/to a pub/somewhere else I don’t recall.

It didn’t have an “other” response and a free form infill of info eg I want to stay in The Quinnell and leave only late into the evening once I’m relatively safe in the knowledge that the Pyongyang special one’s secret agent has left.”

Thumbs Up

I wonder how many people actually fill it out though.

I took about 20 mins to do mine, lots of additional comments added.

Great way to get direct feedback to the club management, especially with the text boxes - I'd encourage everyone to complete it.

I did temper mine a little in the knowledge that the club will be incredibly disappointed and frustrated with the 150th season, but it's great that they're still asking for honest feedback.

nobby the club has dropped the ball big time with the 150th season, sorry dont want to moan about it but they should have at least got a game against the babas (even a weakened depleted one) v a weakened scarlets/llanelli side at the parc.
i know the financial issues are squeezing the club greatly but really there has been no on field celebration of 150 years of this great club
