Well this is very good news, we need to bring NWQ players onboard & lets remember we are only obliged to release NWQ players during the International Windows which should be more aligned with the league season.

We have bemoaned to death Jac losing & this certainly softens the blow.

We're replacing a kid with huge potential with a 27 year old that has 39 caps, 17 starts and has beaten the All Blacks!
That softens the blow alright!!

We're still still here!

think he is one of 4 Argies that joined Western Force in Perth after the Jaguares were pushed out of super rugby comp.

Will look to see if he plays in the Aus /NZ games coming up ..

Looks like a swap ... I can see Jake playing for the cashed up Force next SH season  and we get Tomas in return  Wacko
I was there ...one Tuesday when the All Blacks came (and lost)

very similar build to Josh Macleod.

tasty back row there if they strike a partnership -
Macleod, Lezana, Kalamafoni
Shingler, Cubby, Blade
Rees, Davis, Tuipolotu

Am I missing a backrower or two? May be another on way in perhaps.
But Jo Miles, Giannini and Breeze in academy too at back row plus someone like Rawlins who can slot in at 6.

I'm not sure of Tom's state ATM, but he has suffered a lot with injuries.

He very good player that has had horrendous injury problems would never let us down. Hopefully he can get a season injury free.

I wouldn’t really say Phillips is a very good player he’s average at best. Cracking signing in Lezana, big unit just what we need.
