   Given that its the club AGM tonight is there anything on the agenda in relation to the club becoming a Limited Company to satisfy one of the 4 criteria for the Super 10 status from 2012/2013?

Be interesting to know if it is because I believe something of this nature just cant be decided by the Committee and has to be ratified by Members at either the AGM or possibly an EGM (as Llandovery are holding next week).

I would pose the question on the Quins own forum but for some reason they do not publish my posts.

	Bit of a "no brainer" if Premiership Rugby is the ambition ! I know though that with the formation of a Ltd Company, the "Members" will become "Customers" & the "Club" will be lost to Business ! Hell of a Quandry really !

	So who would run the company? Excuse my ignorance! Would a committee of twenty odd still be needed?

	Maybe the 20 committee members could become 20 directors. I'm sure with all their combined business acumen they will form a magnificent limited company borne with a great depth of knowledge.
