How is Jonathon Davies' younger brother James coming along?  He was regarded as being a very promising 7 a year or two ago. If he's got  Jon's upper body strength and pace, he might be a very useful player in the long term.

I think he went back to whitland.
The stadium may change, but the dream will remain the same!

CARMARTHEN Quins have swooped to make a double signing as they begin preparations for a fresh assault on the Welsh Premiership.

The Swalec Cup runners-up have secured the services of former Worcester Warriors and Llandovery fly-half Gareth Morgan and also moved to bring flanker Stuart Phillips back to the club.

I hope Trystan, Rowan Jenkins and Rhodri Jones stay within the region. They all have a big contribution to make and now that Simon Gardiner may be sidelined for a while and Craig Cross has let his imagination run away with him, it makes no sense for these to leave us for clubs  where they will probably play less rugby. BTW has Nathan Williams joined the Scarlets or Llanelli?
Of course without a decision on the future of Ian Jones and Aled Hopkins we will be in front row limbo whatever happens

Aled Hopkins and Ian Jones have been notified today that the drug allegations against them have been dismissed. So i believe they are now free agents, Im sure the club ill annoncue officially in the near future. A WRU administrative error i believe

I agree.

I guess in the absence of a pro contract he's opted to complete his education? Also heard a whisper that Luke Hamilton has joined the Blues, can anybody verify this or otherwise?

Aled and Ian have not played for the best part of a season, and have probably been ostracised by no end of people who have assumed that there's no smoke without fire. If they have been cleared due to a WRU error then  a public apology  (on Scrum V?) is the least that the two can expect.
