Some of the great away memories are up at Franklins Gardens the Saints or as its known now as the Cinch Stadium, prefer Franklin Gardens tbh, but the World is in constant change .

I think all of us can visualise the games up there, we had played some memorable rugby there and they are a proper rugby club, knowledgeable supporters and always a great welcome.  The Saints have a superb squad, well drilled, efficient effective and can stand up to any side in Europe.

The place is sold out and we have coaches and cars and trains winding there way up there once again, and Scarlets supporters bring the colour and voices for other sides to experience the best of rugby culture and rugby flair .

No one gives us any chance the odds at the bookies are scary , but this is sport , even Man Utd beat Man City with a " new" coach and for me we are are unknown now.

Can Nigel inspire a team driven into the mud by other sides who have had bonus point wins racked up against us, to pull off something unthinkable.  Is this the moment the players, young and experienced can show us and everyone what they really are capable of doing , to justify their inclusion and honour to wear a Scarlet jersey. Is the new coach the voice that can change this seasons fortunes, its sport , its rugby and that's why its so exciting, and why hundreds perhaps thousands will be there once again to believe in Scarlet brilliance.

I've met new friends up at the Cinch stadium many many many years ago, the shared passion and belief in what the Scarlets are create a kindred spirit of hope and in it together to follow, support during the hard and good times, and these memories that still create smiles need new visuals, new tries, new victories, new emotions and a determined brotherhood of Scarlet players to excel at one of the great English grounds against X factor Saints players who grab the limelight.

Stuff the limelight, let's ignite the floodlights with real Scarlet passion and flair , this us why we love rugby.

The Saints v the Scarlets, enjoy it all and come home with the win.

If anyone can against all the odds its us.

Not sure we’ll make the match tbh.

Good to have a catch up with the Herman massive.

Very good, and definitely seen enough to be a serious option rather than flogging Cowdor for 80 minutes weak in weak out,the whole bench put in a shift, think only Lewis wasn't used.
Was that N Davies influence who knows.
Jac Davies made a very good account of himself, personally I'd have Eddie James at 12 and give Macs a go at 13,very disappointed with Hawkins heard his name mentioned once, maybe a bench cover option 12-10 Sam Costello was outstanding first game back.

Sam looked as if he was enjoying playing again he definitely makes a difference to our game.

I think that was Sam at about 60-70%. His line kicking will improve as he gets more game time.
