I'm sorry but if players are fit enough for the bench then they start, injuries as has happened only recently show they could be on in the first 5 mins. I'd like to think if the medical staff say their fit they start and likewise if the coaching staff think their fit enough to play then they start. I think Shingler is an example that these two facets are working as he did not look out of place at all

Any progress with Costellow?  He does add something different on the rare occasions he's played.

i would gamble and play him from the off, he is such a talent. we need to go at sale and not sit back. get into a kicking physical game and we may well struggle.
