Its interesting how that some feel that without the Bin , our ground would be like the liberty or cardiffs ground.....The funny thing is that if and when the bin sings it is not possible to hear it in the south...When you stand in the north it might sound noisey in the local vicinity , but none of the sound carries to other areas. The south makes a noise and the same outcome applies......The only time that the whole ground sounds noisey to all is when the stands behind the posts are full. The singing then continues in a wave around the stadium.....So no one is louder than any other and it would be stupid to think so

| Sorry Smelly but this season in the South I have noticed the difference in the noise levels. The North enclosure is easier to make a noise because people are standing as opposed to sitting. In truth the best atmosphere is at away matches were everyone one can congregate together. Dont think I am having a pop at you though. |

Ive been in south stand a few times and i can hear the noise from north stand no problem  ive only ever heard sosban fach once when sitting in the south stand, in the north stand theres a hell of alot more noise and singing ------------- http://www.youtube.com/user/walesxscarlets |

If you're after game atmosphere you go to the North, (on a sunny clear day the terrace is the best place to be for atmosphere.)
If you're after a nice warm drink at half time, go to the south.

For me it's simple as it was at Stradey. For any game when the sun is out, being in the North is a pain hence I have always gone in the south at both grounds. Also I'm a lazy bugger so I like to sit down (also have no footballesque need to stand up all the time to enjoy sport).
The north definitely make more noise there is no question but if the south also had an enclosure it may be a different story.... ------------- Scarlets - Suppliers of fine rugby since 1872 |

Yeah, good points - I had a roving commission last season as a 'flexible' ticket holder, so got sent to both sides. North tend to be noisier (though S3 is good when all the fanatics are present!) but you don't get the Sun in your eyes in the South, meet some interesting people (I'm sure the North is fine, too, so don't be offended!) and it's nearer the car park. Too old for the terrace by now, anyway. So expect to extend the season ticket for S3 unless black-balled by the regulars! |

Not exactly - never had a 'full' season ticket before - but am switching my rugby spending from Wales (haven't been at all this season) to the Scarlets - nearer, more fun, less hassle! |

Ever since Mr Evans went on that daring raid into France he has come back a changed man. Mike and Gate12 have a lot to answer for. Mr Evans was a mild mannered Clark Kent before the two amigo's distorted his view on life. It will take months of therapy to get him back to his normal fabulous self, in S3 welcoming bosom.

You are more than welcome Sir, you wont be told your standing on my spot, you wont have a giant Mike standing in your way, you wont have to worry if you sing out of tune, you wont have to worry about your appearance for the usual TV shots and get wet, cold and worry about your toe's getting squashed and cold.
Now over S3 you will welcomed in open arms, made to be part of the team, talked to and enjoy really funny banter from nutters and meet the Smellmister/A lover Evans, Brummie,Poppodom, Baz, Wrigley,Mrs Smelly, KeithD, Aber-fan and big man mountain Paul and Lofty jnr's.
Then during halftime meet up with a group of SF members who know more about rugby than me, Huwbach, OAM, ladram, Bryn, Tim Opolis, SA14, bloody brilliant mun....and your warm and have TV's everywhere and we are just a happier bunch... so jump on board..
